Expression of Interest

Training partners are selected to deliver training within their chosen field throughout Australia, finding it an attractive addition to income. It also gives them a better selection when recruiting their own staff. Our partners include city and country Salons. We particularly invite applications for partnerships from businesses in remote areas.

These training centres range from micro-salons to larger colleges, each finding an advantage in the partnership, in that all the resources associated with an accredited institution are developed in one central location. This frees them of the burden and costs, which would otherwise preclude them from being able to offer accredited training.

Selection of a partner as a training centre means that they must first lodge an ‘Expression of Interest” form. This requires documentation in regard to business management such as insurance, facilities, town planning and staff qualifications etc. to be submitted.  Once all documentation is collected and the application for the courses is approved then a site visit is arranged. Once the initial information is submitted then orientation training takes place.

Approval for the partnership is confirmed via a legal agreement which is contingent to all compliance and business viabilities and risks. Then orientation training is underway.

Training partners meet at least yearly at an annual conference with other meetings held throughout the year, where training materials are validated and moderation of assessment takes place.

Set resources are provided to partners for each student on enrollment then monthly reports are submitted on the student’s progress.

Salons wishing to apply to become partners may start by submitting an Expression of Interest form.
